Definitions

1. “We,” “us,” and “Cassiopeia Investments” refer to Cassiopeia Investments Management, LLC, a limited liability company formed in Florida.
2. “Cassiopeia” refers to the services offered by Cassiopeia Investment Management, LLC.
3. “Subscriber” refers to an individual or entity using our services.
4. “Personal Information” refers to information about a Subscriber.
5. “Application Data” refers to tenants, leases, and other similar data a Subscriber enters in Cassiopeia.
6. “Website” refers to https://cassiopeia.managebuilding.com/.
7. “Visitor” refers to an individual who visits any of our Websites.

Types of Information We Collect
Upon submitting personal information in the course of using Cassiopeia service, you are no longer anonymous to Cassiopeia to the extent you provide this information. If you choose to provide personal information, you consent to the transfer, storage and use of that information by Cassiopeia. We may also collect other information from your interaction with Cassiopeia service, such as computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from, IP address(s), and web log information.

1. Anonymous Information

When you visit our Website, we store files called “cookies” on your computer. We use these cookies to identify when you return to our Website and to analyze aggregate information like the number of unique visitors to our Website. Google may also use these cookies to display interest-based ads across their Display Network on our behalf. You can opt out of these ads by visiting Google’s advertising opt out page. If you disable cookies on your browser, you can still visit our Website, but you will not be able to use Cassiopeia. That’s because we also use cookies to help us identify you after you have logged in.

2. Personal Information

When you sign up for Cassiopeia, you give us Personal Information like your name, address, email, phone number, and billing information. You also reveal your IP address, browser, operating system, platform, and other similar information.

3. Application Data and Usage Information

We can see the tenants, leases, and other similar data you enter into Cassiopeia. We also collect usage information that tells us how you utilize Cassiopeia and we aggregate non-identifiable information like median market rents, vacancy rates, and other similar information used for benchmarking.

4. Email Analytics

When we send you an email, we may track when you open it and when you click on a link in the email. We do this to measure the effectiveness of our email campaigns.

Use of Your Personal Information
Cassiopeia may provide your personal information to third parties without requiring your explicit permission. Third parties may include realtors and brokers who are customers of Cassiopeia service. We may combine your information with information we collect from other users to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. The primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use your personal information to provide services and customer support, including communication by email, text messages and telephone, prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, enforce our Terms of Use, customize and improve our services, and deliver information to our customers about your use of the Cassiopeia services or as you may request. These recipients may include real estate agents, brokers, and third parties. Among others, we may use your Personal Information as follows:

1. To promote the use of Cassiopeia and other related services. For example, if you give us your contact information and do not sign up, we may send you an email asking whether you want to sign up. Additionally, if you use Cassiopeia, we may send you an email or direct mail piece telling you about a related service from us or one of our partners.
2. To bill and collect money for the use of Cassiopeia. For example, we may send you an email asking you for a different payment method or otherwise to try to collect money owed. We use a third-party to process ACH and credit card payments. Our payment processor does not store, retain, or use your Personal Information for any other purpose.
3. To communicate with you about your account.
4. To inform you about planned outages, new features, and changes to our Privacy Policy.
5. To provide customer support and obtain feedback.
6. To support and improve Cassiopeia including adding features and providing benchmarks based on aggregating and analyzing data across Subscribers.
7. To meet legal requirements like complying with court orders and valid subpoenas.
8. To transfer your information in the event of the sale of substantially all of the assets of our business to a third-party or in the event of a merger, consolidation, or acquisition. However, in such event, any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy.

Use of Your Application Data
Your Facebook login name, which becomes your log-in identification, may become available to third parties. Therefore, if you associate your name with your user ID, the people whom see your user ID may be able to personally identify your activities.

Your application data belongs to you. You may update, delete, or export (download) your data from Cassiopeia at any time. Unless otherwise stated, we will not share your application data with anyone except as required by law. However, we may share non-identifiable aggregate information like median market rents, vacancy rates, and other similar information with third-parties. Only authorized personnel have access to view your data.

We will use your Application Data as follows:

1. To provide customer support and obtain feedback.
2. To support and improve Cassiopeia including adding features and providing benchmarks based on aggregating and analyzing data across Subscribers.
3. To provide services through third-parties like tenant screening, showings, realtor access, electronic tax filing, electronic payments, outsourced mailing, and others.
4. To meet legal requirements like complying with court orders and valid subpoenas.
5. To transfer your information in the event of the sale of substantially all of the assets of our business to a third-party or in the event of a merger, consolidation, or acquisition. However, in such event, any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy.

Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information Cassiopeia collects from you. Cassiopeia does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.

Notification of Changes
We will email you when we make any changes to our Privacy Policy. If we expand on how we use your Personal Information for marketing purposes, you can opt out by emailing our customer care team.
